Hannah Montana star Emily Osment ’s official album cover for her debut album All The Right Wrongs has been released! Taking in the festivities of Merceded-Benz New York Fashion Week, Taylor Swift was spotted out in Bryant Park last night (September 17). The “Should’ve Said No” songstress was sporting her fashion A-game, as usual, in a shimmery red minidress with a v-neckline and black peep toe heels.  And though her VMA vandalization may have shook up lesser gals, Taylor has moved on to bigger and brighter things since Sunday.
