0725_fp_3316439_labeouf_shia_riv_072409 ‘Shia LeBeouf either has a death wish or is just behaving like a total moron.  The Transformers star was out on a scooter with no helmet in Sherman Oaks on Friday (July 24th).  You can see his nasty finger from the motorcycle accident almost a year ago (it won’t heal since he’s unhealthy and won’t eat) is still messed up.  Shia has no license.  So no helmet, no license, and a jacked up finger; not a great way to ride around California.  Is this still part of his ‘mourning process‘ for MJ or is he just being a tool?
